What you need
Fluent English
Matric or equivalent
At least one year's work experience

Run a floor on an international campaign
You own your team's AHT, CSAT, QA, adherence and attrition, and you coach in the moment, not from behind a spreadsheet.
What you need
Experience as a team leader or sales manager in a contact centre, ideally on US, UK or other international campaigns
A year or more leading people, with proof you've improved a real metric
English that holds up on US and UK calls
Willing to get on the phones when your team needs it
On-site in Umhlanga. Own transport helps for evening shifts
